#3 Pay attention to this one. Read it twice, even - HE MADE SURE IT STAYED UNDER AN EUA - THUS ENSURING THAT IT COULD NOT BE MANDATED ON CITIZENS.
Yes. Very important to note.
But, what bothers me is not so much that DJT speaks in favor of the vaxx, it is the fact that he never acknowledges (talks about) how the big pharma companies ultimately wielded that EUA agreement against the American public by pushing for mandates.
The ugly truth is that big pharma abused Trump's EUA, against Trump's stated wishes.
When Trump wants to talk about the "successes" of his Warp Speed vaxx program, he needs to talk about its failure to protect Americans who were coerced into either taking an experimental drug, or having their lives upended by job losses, banishments from facilities, and other totalitarian crap.
We don't like hearing half-truths, that only glorify one side the vaxx story, while ignoring the other half of it.
That is a good question. I am uncertain if the EUA granted any additional corp. immunities, above and beyond the immunities from lawsuits that they normally have.
If I recall correctly, the EUA simply extended the existing immunity for drugs classified as vaccines.. So, if correct, then it could be stated that the EUA did in effect grant the pharma corps. immunity. But, I cannot make that claim without a better understanding of the details of the EUA.

The eua also gave the manufacturers immunity, right?

"Is anyone liable?
Remember, vaccine manufacturers aren’t the ones approving their product for mass distribution. That is the job of the FDA.
Which begs the question, can you sue the U.S. government if you have an extraordinarily bad reaction to a vaccine?
Again, the answer is no."
Fraud vitiates everything.
Thats not true, you can sue anyone for anything at anytime. Whether or not a court entertains it is a different story.
We can now however sue federal agencies. This would presumably include the CDC, FDA, and NIH.
