#3 Pay attention to this one. Read it twice, even - HE MADE SURE IT STAYED UNDER AN EUA - THUS ENSURING THAT IT COULD NOT BE MANDATED ON CITIZENS.
Yes. Very important to note.
But, what bothers me is not so much that DJT speaks in favor of the vaxx, it is the fact that he never acknowledges (talks about) how the big pharma companies ultimately wielded that EUA agreement against the American public by pushing for mandates.
The ugly truth is that big pharma abused Trump's EUA, against Trump's stated wishes.
When Trump wants to talk about the "successes" of his Warp Speed vaxx program, he needs to talk about its failure to protect Americans who were coerced into either taking an experimental drug, or having their lives upended by job losses, banishments from facilities, and other totalitarian crap.
We don't like hearing half-truths, that only glorify one side the vaxx story, while ignoring the other half of it.
Yup and furthermore, thanks to Reagan signining the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in 1986, PHARMA still has immunity from any vaccine injury lawsuits.
That is a good question. I am uncertain if the EUA granted any additional corp. immunities, above and beyond the immunities from lawsuits that they normally have.
If I recall correctly, the EUA simply extended the existing immunity for drugs classified as vaccines.. So, if correct, then it could be stated that the EUA did in effect grant the pharma corps. immunity. But, I cannot make that claim without a better understanding of the details of the EUA.
..."Now, there's talk by the Biden Administration again about closing schools and even vaccine mandates for school children," Trump said in a statement released by his Save America PAC. "This is an outrage, and MAGA nation should rise up and oppose this egregious federal government overreach."...
...And, this is exactly what happened. So when Trump wants to crow about the "success" of Warp Speed, we also want to hear about its "outrageous, and egregious" failures too. When the failure's of the vaxx program are ignored, people in the public rightfully identify talk of the "vaxx success" as simply shilling for big pharma.
Trump needs to refine his vaxx talking points. We want to hear about what a Trump DoJ is going to do to the pharma corps. who fucked us.
The people who are responsible for those abuses of power are the people Trump needs to call out when he wants to talk about vaxx success stories.
Big pharma was plenty happy to use Trump's Warp Speed EUA, and they straight up used what Trump gave them to fuck Americans, directly against Trump's stated wishes.
When Trump talks about Warp Speed success, without calling attention to the failures, then that is called a half-truth or, as some might call it, lying by omission. It is not a good look, and Trump really needs to start singing a different tune about how his Warp Speed program was abused against his stated wishes.

The eua also gave the manufacturers immunity, right?

Is there any immunity for crimes against humanity. I don't know of an immunity that would stand up to committing murder.

"Is anyone liable?
Remember, vaccine manufacturers aren’t the ones approving their product for mass distribution. That is the job of the FDA.
Which begs the question, can you sue the U.S. government if you have an extraordinarily bad reaction to a vaccine?
Again, the answer is no."
Fraud vitiates everything.
Thats not true, you can sue anyone for anything at anytime. Whether or not a court entertains it is a different story.
We can now however sue federal agencies. This would presumably include the CDC, FDA, and NIH.

Trump has talked about vaccines for years. https://truthsocial.com/@FranklyScottFree/112061427143519874
