His dispatch center was taken offline at 0400 hours on 03/07/2024...4a.m., there's that time again.

This is very serious. Assuming they didn't get a busy signal, anyone calling 911 should have been rolled over to the nearest 911 PSAP, causing a huge delay in response times. You would not have wanted to need an ambulance during that timeframe.

Outages do happen from time to time but on the same day he gets his subpoena is suspect. No doubt AT&T is on the three letter agency side. That outage was just a mere suggestion we can take you offline if you don't do as you're told. Almost every center uses AT&T and Motrola (Vesta 911) equipment now. Other centers could be subjected to the same treatment. If police and fire cannot get calls for service, you will begin to see anarchy in our streets.
