I appreciate the response but really it is unnecessary. I am well aware we are watching a movie. My point is that yes I believe that there are fake Joe's (in response the original question by OP) and No I domt think it is as basic as the normal body doubles (in response to the comment that I replied to) otherwise the establishment would have non brain dead actors doing the speaking events which leaves us with a WH operation using fake Bidens.
