yes, I think there are copies of him and one original. the 'original' is real & a white hat.

remember he was friends with JFK's brother. it's the Only way it makes sense.

it would also explain 'crooked Joe' if he's an actual puppet, hologram, type of being.

remember the Dink song Q posted. if you read the lyrics, one of the lines was about Joe, Joe. another about John K.
