If you go to the Catherine Princess of Wales YouTube Channel you will see some pictures of the family taken indoors that look similar to the recent Mother's Day image. If you reverse one and remove the Prince then you see this.

Also, reversing the image would provide a good reason for the wedding ring to be missing.
