So why haven't they?

It's pretty perplexing to me. I expected it the very first year the vaccines were available, and here we sit, and they haven't launched their crusade.

I've always said he has an easy explanation/out if they ever attacked him on it.

However he doesn't seem to want to use it, and they certainly aren't forcing him too
