Was it dead soldiers, or “a video of dead soldiers”, or “a story about dead soldiers”?
Firsthand claims from direct friends and relatives of specific dead soldiers would hold some weight. Videos and photos can be faked and hold much less. Stories hold almost none.
If it was faked by good twin military, it would be an op that wouldn’t be disclosed. Any rebuttal would come from us using evidence with discerned meaning.

They named a road near me after one of them who graduated from the local high school, so there's that.
That’s pretty good evidence that someone actually died, I’d agree.
Not necessarily of the story around it.
Not trying to be a jerk, or difficult, just pointing out what it takes to really “know” something.
I have not seen any rebuttal about the dead Marines. If it was faked, the Taliban got a lot of fine weapons out of it!
