My wife and I hadn't eaten at a Taco Bell for many years, and a few years ago, decided to have a meal there. We felt pretty bad from it, and it wasn't because of food poisoning; the general quality is so bad that if you are used to eating reasonably healthy food, you will feel the effects. It's probably the same for McDonald's. I'll eat Wendy's chili and fries, and that's about all the fast food I can take :)
My wife and I have noticed that Wendy's in the past few years has gone downhill in terms of cleanliness and food quality. We don't know if it is because upper management changed with death of the founder, or if it's just hard to get decent people to work at fast food places. It doesn't seem to matter where the Wendy's are located.
What is more hazardous, eating at that Taco Bell, or eating any Taco Bell food?
I'll say eating Taco Bell's food.

You and I both. I hardly eat fast food anyway. Wendy if I have to.
