Haiti has been on the verge of collapse for decades... because nations keep propping them up just enough... and enabling them to stay on that verge of collapse.
Enough is enough. It should be clear by now that supplying "aid" to Haiti is just prolonging the inevitable collapse. It may not be popular, but sometimes the best response is to stop enabling and allow the complete collapse to happen.
Re-building for the future can only happen after they hit rock bottom and find the will to change.
