Not sure about that either, but if what Q has said is true, this makes some sense in that they approached Trump at some point during [Hussein]'s 2nd term. They were able to accomplish a lot by then, but if "the military is the only way," they would've had to find someone relatively incorruptible to replace [Hussein] as CiC.

Regardless of what anyone thinks or believes about Q and "The Plan," it's clear that this is has been going on for a few decades.
