The order allows for the possibility that prosecutors, led by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, may return to the grand jury to seek a new indictment on the dismissed charges.

As close to double jeopardy as you can get!

I'm throwing some indictments out but try, try again!

The fact this judge mccafee didn't throw the whole thing out, is allowing them to press further charges, and hasn't ruled on Fati Willis yet speaks volumes about this judge.

Problem I see not being mentioned is she violated a law to create PC to start a investigation.
