West Point Removes 'Duty, Honor, Country' from Its Mission Statement
West Point Superintendent Army Lt. Gen. Steve Gilland on Monday announced a new mission statement for the venerable institution that replaces the words "duty, honor, country" for the more generic "Army values."
I knew a West Pont cadet back in the day. We were all proud of him when he went in. He has grown into a liberal id10t. I believe his last rank was Col. I last spoke to him early in Covid and he was defending the lockdown (seems a bit against the Constitution) policies of a small college in his hometown. He had reCently retired and was working for Lookhead at the time. I used to crush on him in HS. Now I don't even respect him.
