All three might be crap. As I see it...

DeWine endorsed Dolan so no. LaRose said Ohio elections are secure, but the votes are tallied by computers so he can fuck off. Moreno was at least endorsed by Trump and Jr. It doesn't really matter what he's said about Trump in the past. JD Vance was like that too.
