Perhaps this is just formalizing the executive order into law.
If it is one more thing to make people hate the demoncrats and the PotatoPOTUS, then it wlll definitely accomplish that. This is going to piss off millions. Hells bells I don't even want tiktok banned and I am barely ever on it. It is way too late for it, folks are too invested, have tiktok businesses, etc. It is one big OUCH if it gets banned.
