Man Shot in Head During NYC Rush Hour Subway Traffic One Week After Gov. Hochul Deployed National Guard

A man was left critically injured after being shot multiple times Thursday afternoon after police say he provoked another man on a subway train in Brooklyn, and was then shot by his own weapon.
