If it happens once, it might be a fluke. If it happens repeatedly, well, I’m not so sure.
Four days after The Grammys, Calvin Harris’ mansion caught on fire. At the time, media outlets were highlighting how he is a Taylor Swift ex.
Now, five days after The Oscars, Cara Delevingne’s mansion goes up in flames. The damage on this one looks more extensive than Harris’ mansion. Delevingne allegedly wasn’t home at the time but someone was injured.
What gives? Burning evidence? Weird that it’s connecting to award show timing…
There’s also Kimora Lee Simmons’ home from this previous December
Calvin Harris' house. Nice place:

He had it listed two years ago for 25 million after an initial purchase of 15 million in 2014. It did not sell.
If I had to guess, I'd say he has financial issues and is upside-down in a white-elephant home that won't sell. (attempt to) Torch the place as a potential way out of the property and collect insurance.
Or it was purely an accident caused by the current tenants. (House has been leased for some time.)
If you can’t sell it, burn it and collect the insurance money!
