Will either of them be brought to justice while his resignation allows the case to continue to move forward?

Under the Brandon DOJ, nothing is likely to happen, but Brandon and his mob of gansters have only 9 months maximum, before The Donald disinfects the DOJ and fresh eyes can review all of this evidence and apply honest justice.
