Boeing United Airlines flight lands after LOSING a panel mid-air

The plane is a Boeing 737-824, and successfully touched down in Medford Airport in Oregon despite the missing part.

File a 30-day notice of liability to Boeing to cover your general area or whole state to strip them of “Intent Defense” on behalf of all land owners in the area specified. If you then get hit with anything trace-able to a Boeing plane after that you might be able to win a Civil case filed in Federal District Court.

Otherwise they just claim it was an accident and not intentional lack of proper maintenance, etc. However Boeing legal will likely shift liability to the operator so you would have to give 30-day notices to all airlines operating Boeings over you to cover all contingencies.
