To be fair from what I’ve seen all of Fulton County is a conflict of interest. I mean we’re talking about Fani Willis being a corrupt prosecutor but keep in mind she was a JUDGE too. But I’m a random person on the internet and not a lawyer so take my commentary with a grain of salt.
One big black pill for me has been that concept, that there is little avenue for recourse if a lower court judge determines “fact” as completely wrong.
