Oh I got you now. Tbh I disagree with Sunlight one. Because I think its nourishment for your body.

Oxygen was actually interesting though. VO2 max declining can destroy DNA. So then, Vaping, smoking, and face masks can lower VO2 max.

Seems intentional.

The irony about oxygen and sun is that they provide life and destruction at the same time they're so weird. Sun causes aging. I saw a picture of a truck driver whose left side of his face was completely caved in and wrinkled and the right side was smooth it was weird
