Store Bought Chicken: WAY to much damn water when cooked slowly...the stuff just OOOOOZES out and the chicken is tough to cut...AND very chewy!!!!
When I was a teen, I worked in a chicken house one summer. We raised a bunch of chickens over a 12 week period and the chickens were around 2 pounds. Today they raise a bunch over 4-6 weeks and the 4 week chickens weigh 2+ pounds and the 6 week chickens weigh 3-4 pounds. STEROIDS!
AND that is what is going into OUR bodies and what happens to the STEROIDS after it enters our bodies????????? HMMMM!!!!! Intriguing Question that must be answered at a later date I'm afraid!!!!
