If Russia deems him legitimate target...

He is a legit target. Anyone with mind sick, and twisted enough to spend that kind of money on a car, during a time of war deserves to get blown to pieces while in that car. If I were Putin, I would make that car a priority drone target, immediately.

Then, I would use the footage of the kill to show the NATO public where their billions of dollars have really been going...a $600k Rolls Royce for a politician...
