If you live in a sunny clime, the image will not be watchable on the TV outside, except after dark. Also, someone will steal the TV or throw a rock at it, shattering the screen.

Too bad a billboard with a video screen couldn't be erected near a slow-moving intersection where people will be compelled to watch the video or slide show without causing car accidents.
