Because the ads are really low quality.

I don't believe Musk here.

I see ads for taptools, stickermule, CABOMETYX, some toy plane from China, some plastic that goes around you sink from China.

I see lots of ads that have community warning notes on them.

I don't see big ads.

Same here. No beer ads, no car ads. I do see makeup ads, shoe ads, food kit ads so it is a bit better than most social media ads.

Do you use the app or the website version?

I've been seeing different ads on the website version lately (turned off Ad-Blocker for Twitter only), especially political ads.
