One reason that the white, US birthrate is DOWN; is because those same people who are being taxed into oblivion, are making the conscious choice to reduce the number of kids they have; because they cannot afford more.

Meanwhile, that segment that shown zero responsibility for taking care of themselves, is breeding without consequence, and being rewarded for doing so, at the expense of the childless productive members of society.
