Having said that, ever notice that the NPCs are trying to turn everything (restaurants, gyms, retail outlets, doctor's offices, etc.) into a fucking McDonalds?!?!? A friend of mine, who works in a local (but corporate-run) doctor's office told her boss that they should put in a drive-thru window, based on the entitled, see me now and gibsmenow attitude that she has to put up with daily.
