I’m also going to assume overweight people are going to be about 91% more likely to attempt different (fad isn’t the right word - let’s say “novel”) diet plans.
91% is a VERY HIGH increased risk, almost double, and one hypothesis is that people may skip breakfast, but they do drugs or smoke in that time.
Its a self reported nutritional study. I CANT REMEMBER WHAT I ATE 2 DAYS AGO, HOW CAN ANY OF THEIR RESPONSES BE ACCURATE?
Its run by the American Heart Association, who does accept money from big pharma and food companies, who knows who is on their board, and who knows where a broad swath of their money comes from
