I'll probably end up having to buy direct from farmers in some way.
Friend of mine tried making his own bacon for awhile. I never tasted it, but he did say it was a bit of a hit or miss experience before he got the hang of it.
Nice to see I'm not the only one that was thinking this.
Oh well I can give up thick cut bacon. I don't want to switch to Costco's house brand or that Smithfield shit.
