Not particularly. I prefer being alone or with my immediate family. Not much of a people person. So being packed into a glorified ghetto that will likely never end up looking anywhere near this inviting as the builders predictably cut costs and cheap out. Doesn’t sound appealing.

Will I be able to afford to live elsewhere in the distant future when these are actually a thing though? At the rate my finances are going. Probably not.
