Just don't take it regularly long-term. It potentially has some hideous effects on fertility. Nearly every study participant had significant reduction in all markers of sperm health after 11 months of treatment.

I believe no studies after the mountain of lies.
I agree, most studies are garbage. But most of that is because the questions asked rigs the outcome or the conclusions asked do not match the data- oftentimes placebos are crazy toxic, which skews the results of the study as well. But if you actually read the text and challenge the "science" that is actually done, you can occasionally gain some insight.
In this situation, sperm motility, sperm count, and other markers of reproductive health were significantly reduced after long-term Ivermectin treatment. This isn't the only time this has happened.
Even for medications we think are good, the only long-term medicine anyone should be taking is FOOD. Figure out your ancestry, and eat based on your genetics and tailor your lifestyle to your needs. If your ancestors lived near the ocean, you probably need more iodine and phosphorus. If you have dark skin, you need more sunshine to not be significantly Vitamin D deficient. If your ancestors ate a lot of beef, you should too. If your ancestors were Asian, you should probably have rice as a staple of your diet. If they were Mediterranean, eat some lamb and add Olive Oil to your cooking every day.
Nobody without a severe deformity (likely caused by either toxic environmental exposure or toxic pharmaceutical exposure) needs pharmaceuticals to live. Wean yourself off the crap.
And most importantly, accept that God made our bodies in a way that we regularly detox in low Vitamin D season because Vitamin D is essential to breaking down toxins in your liver, and a deficiency leads to toxic overload that forces an advanced immune response- like dumping phlegm from your kidneys into your lungs to cough out- or vomiting because your liver has so much extra toxic crap to process that your gall bladder is constantly dumping extra bile leading to expulsion of the toxins- or sneezing/coughing/runny nose to get crap out- or sweating/fever/chills/increased heart rate to increase your metabolic rate to accelerate your ability to detox- or nausea and lethargy to help you lay down and rest because most of your detox happens during sleeping hours- and being very thirsty to allow you to more efficiently and quickly expel toxins through urine.
Thank you.
