Moscow shooting: Islamic State says it carried out gun attack that left at least 60 dead at concert

Gunmen have opened fire on crowds at a large concert hall in Moscow, killing at least 60 and injuring more than 100, according to Russian state media. Explosions have been reported and a huge blaze is engulfing the venue.
