Is it possible that the terror event in Russia last night was indeed the work of the Ukrainians against the advice of the US and NATO? Would it make sense then that if the Ukr's informed US/NATO of their intention to carry out the terrorist act against their wishes, US/NATO would try to stop it by issuing the terror advisement 2 weeks ago? Maybe it was supposed to be carried out 2 weeks ago but delayed by the notice? I seriously doubt that if the perpetrators had made it to Ukr soil, they would have lived very long. Loose ends. If/when this plot is tied back to Ukr gov't it is going to be bad. Russians are known to be brutal and especially so when to comes to revenge. That's why very few f** with them worldwide. Just a theory.
