Also, it depends on what kind of sheriff you have. Mine in particular, will not uphold Covid laws much less confiscating peoples firearms. The federal government would have to have individuals to do that for them. Also, I’m not sure how this applies to sanctuary cities and counties and states for second amendment. I’m not sure what kind of protection that gives. But it’s a thing. 🤷♀️
We passed a law here in oklahoma,saying local police are prohibited from helping the feds. With unconstitutional laws..... may even have specified guns.
Same with Arizona. I’m not sure if it’s statewide, but I know there are several counties, Maricopa, being one of them oddly enough.

Oklahoma federal Court already ruled that they can't take guns. Their are also very interesting positions in that.
