Yeah, Don Lemon isn’t a “great” anything. He’s at best a c-level talking head with a half-wit (at best) intellectual aptitude and an arrogant demeanor. It’s a personality construct that seems to resonate with ridiculous little sheeple which is why they put individuals like Lemon, his former cohort Cuomo and Richard Madcow, to name a few, in the leftist public eye - the snarkier the better. I don’t know when this discussion with Elon Musk took place, but Mr Musk ought not to waste his valuable time on third-rate FNM detritus.

As far as the sad little leftists commenting go…. They’re desperately trying to out virtue-signal one another now in a truly unfortunate frenzy of mental masturbation as they see in reality the devastating outcomes of leftist policies played out on the world stage. Try as they might to twist reality and deflect responsibility (onto the right) for the hellscape we’re all having to endure - rampant, cruel homelessness, severe addiction problems, out of control violent crime and a complete breakdown of the justice system, deepening, painful inflation, economic destruction of businesses, utter absurdity and deviancy on full display from the left, a near complete breakdown of the legislative branch of government with out of control spending and blatant graft, a doddering dementia-ridden individual who appears to be leader of the free world, teetering on the edge of what appears to be WW3, an almost imminent domestic attack by the foreign invaders pouring over our borders, etc - inwardly they’re finding it hard to justify their entire belief system. All the while truth is peeking through to keep gnawing away at their self-imagined, imaginary moral and intellectual “upper ground”.

Your comment regarding “why they suck at life” is bullseye on target. Anything to deflect responsibility for their failures in life - absolutely anything and anyone other than themselves is the cause of their diminished lives and this, in their warped, twisted little minds, justifies any sort of lies, deceit and crimes they and their little leftist buddies employ to steal from people who actually earned their living.
