The nicer the home like in Martha Vinard, the more likely they are to be not occupied most of the year. Especially in winter months.

Look up the county assessors website and it will tell where the homeowner lives. If the address is not Martha Vineyard then it is probably a summer home. Make a list and distribute it to the 10 busloads of new diversifiers. Pop popcorn and enjoy.
