Because of the seriousness of this incident, I am posting this blog one day early, as these attacks occurred last Friday during our vidchat, I thought that it would be better to get this blog posted as early as possible.

In any case, however, it would be remiss to begin this week's blogs with any other story than the barbaric and tragic shootings in Moscow. My heartfelt prayers go out to the Russian people and their loss, and I pray that there will be an end to this horrendous war between the Ukraine and Russia.

Sadly, I'm reminded of a similar incident in 1914 when Serbian assassination teams - and members of the Black Hand secret society - snuck into Sarajevo, capital of Bosnia-Herzegovina which was recently annexed by Austria-Hungary, and arrayed themselves along the motorcade route (sound familair?) of the heir-apparent to the Austro-Hungarian imperial and royal thrones, Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie, and murdered them. In the powder-keg that was pre-World War One Europe, it was the event that sparked a diplomatic crisis, and the cascading mobilizations that brought all of the European powers into a war with each other. So far, we've been lucky; we've managed to avoid the diplomatic crises and cascading mobilizations (what does NATO have left to mobilize?).

Let's start here:

According to The Sun's article, here is the event as we know it now:

    At least 133 dead and more than 120 injured in the terrorist attack in Moscow
    Gunmen armed with automatic weapons & explosives stormed the Crocus City Hall last night at 8pm local time
    Some 6,000 fans were gathered to watch Russian rock band Picnic
    Fires were set in the venue and burned out of control - hampering the rescue mission
    Russia has arrested the four suspected gunmen and has released footage of their interrogations
    A faction of ISIS have claimed responsibility for Russia's worst terror attack in 20 years
    Ukraine has denied anything to do with the massacre
    US and British intelligence warned Russia weeks before about the threat of an 'imminent' attack - but were dismissed

There are a number of things about the remainder of the article that bear mentioning. One thing struck me as I read was that one had to read all the way to the end of the article before there was any acknowledgement by a Western official - in this case US Secretary of State Blinken - of the attacks and for any expression of sympathy for the Russians' dead or their loved ones. It was almost as if the idea was an afterthought, and one designed merely for "good optics". As for the rest of it, the reader will have noted the following: (1) western intelligence services are alleged to have warned the Russians of an impending "event"; (2) the Russian government and security services allegedly ignored the warning; (3) ISIS cells are claiming responsibility for the attack; (4) Russia is claiming the Ukraine is behind it; (5) The West is accusing the Russian government of lying profusely about that very point and so on.

Before we can get to our high-octane speculations on this sad event, there is also this little tidbit of information shared by B.W.: the Russian rock group apparently playing at the venue that night - March 22, or 3/22, a date which we'll get back to - was the group Picnic. The poster advertizing the concert depicts the members of the group, including one member holding a violin and bow, and standing on one leg, with his other leg bent making his legs form the shape of the numeral "4". Or in other words, the violinist, if one inverts the picture, is a classic depiction of The Hanged Man from the Tarot deck. One easily recollects why that imagery may be significant, because of the iconic picture of the man falling from one of the Twin Towers during the 9/11 attacks. The man momentarily literally assumed the shape of the Hanged Man and was caught in this famous photo that subsequently inspired all sorts of speculations of an occult nature concerning the 9/11 event:

The Picnic concert poster is much more deliberate, and the fact that the attacks occurred on March 22 - 3/22 - have already sparked speculations that this date is a clear allusion to Yale University's Skull and Bones secret society with its well-known logo featuring that number:

We mention all of this simply to point out the presence of such elements. Whether more are found during the course of investigation and research of the event remains to be seen, but the occult symbolic signatures in other well-known events are there for those who would bother to see them, from the assassination of President Kennedy (as I and others have pointed out, I in my book LBJ and the Conspiracy to Kill Kennedy), to 9./11 itself and the massively detailed study of the occult symbolisms of that event - far too many to be just a statistical fluke - by S.K. Bain in his book The Most Dangerous Book in the World. For now we must simply take note of these weird symbolisms, and move on to consider the question hovering over The Sun's summary of the events:

Who, ultimately, is responsible?

Clearly The Sun, while denying that Russia is responsible, is clearly indicating that the Kremlin intends to use the event, seizing upon it as a crisis of opportunity to perhaps end the Ukraine as an independent state once and for all. And of course, the Ukrainians are denying any involvement. But in any case, the implication of the alleged Western warnings to Russia is also clear: by ignoring the warnings and then blaming the Ukrainians for the attack, the impression is that Russia allowed the event to happen precisely for the purpose of exploiting the crisis of opportunity. In short, Russia Let It Happen On Purpose. For 9/11 researchers, that phrase will be quite familiar, for the words form the acronym LIHOP, and there are those who believe that the "insider" elements visible in 9/11 precisely allowed the event to happen on purpose. Thus, on this view, there is a connection between the methodologies evident in both events. And it is interesting to contemplate the obvious here: in the one event, America was the victim, and the exploiter of the crisis of opportunity the LIHOP scenario provided. In the other event, Russia is the victim and the exploiter of the crisis of opprtunity the LIHOP scenario provides. A more intensive step away from this scenario - at least in 9/11's case - is the MIHOP scenario, or the Made It Happen On Purpose. In other words, "insider" elements actively planned the entire event. And, as I detailed in my book on 9/11, Hidden Finance, Rogue Networks, and secret Sorcery, beyond even this I argued for a penetrated MIHOP scenario, that the entire event was planned, but that another player unknown to the planners had penetrated the entire operation, and revealed themselves on that day.

Oddly enough, as things stand now, there are suggestions that we might be looking at a LIHOP scenario, and possibly one with a "hidden player" twist. The first problem to be considered is, does Russia need the LIHOP scenario to use as a crisis of opportunity vis-a-vis the Ukraine. Answer: No. Russia has the military situation well in hand; the Ukrainian military is shredded, and a shadow of its former self, now reliant on sporadic arms deliveries, transfusions of money, mercenaries, and technicians from the West. Mr. Putin's response in this regard is quite suggestive, for according to the article,

In his speech Putin, declared March 24 a day of national mourning for the victims.

He continued: "All four perpetrators of the terrorist act who shot and killed people have been detained.

"They were travelling towards Ukraine ... We will identify and punish everybody who stood behind the terrorists, who prepared the attack." (Emphases added)

In other words, while ISIS is claiming responsibility, and while Mr. Putin clearly knows this claim, he is really suggesting that one needs to look further and deeper to know who is really responsible. It is worth considering in this regard the similarity of his statement to the reaction of Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir in the aftermath of the Munich Olympic massacre of Israeli athletes in 1972 at the Munich Olympics: Prime Minister Meir greenlighted the Israeli Mossad to hunt down and punish - that is, kill - the perpertrators, planners, and enablers of the operation, which it did with customary Mossad efficiency. In other words, Mr. Putin just told us that, yes, the Russian security services have now been tasked to identify, hunt down, and punish any members of ISIS involved in the attacks, but also anyone involved in the planning, support, and enablement of the attackers.

Given the well-known allegations of ISIS' ties and bankrolling by western intelligence services (remember all those pictures of US Senator John McCain standing with terrorist cell members in Syria?), and the quiet and covert support of their governments, it would not be at all surprising to discover that the elements within the Ukrainian government might be implicated in this process and even unbeknownst to the wider Ukrainian government itself, along with whatever wider support those elements have. Consider also that Mr. Putin's remarks no doubt were informed by private briefings already given to him by his security and intelligence services. His remarks, in other words, should not be taken as merely his personal sentiments - though they are certainly that as well - but also as the consensus of opinion of the highest levels of the Russian government on what actions to take regarding this event. All of these speculations point to the existence of a rogue international network of intelligence operatives, assassins, programmed Manchurian candidates willing to carry out such atrocities, networks of planners, enablers, and money, who are willing and capable, in their pursuit of the destruction of all traditional societies and cultures, to use one such society - the Ukraine - as a cat's paw to provoke and wage war against another such traditional society - Russia - in that insane goal.

The last line of Mr. Putin's remarks cited above is therefore telling, and deserves to be parsed quite closely: "They were travelling towards (the) Ukraine... We will identify and punish everybody who stood behind the terrorists, who prepared the attack." In other words, both ISIS and the Urkaine are not the real targets of his remarks. It's that rogue international network.

To put it country simple: Russia's goal of the "de-Nazification" of the Ukraine has just been suddenly transformed into a much wider de-Nazification effort of that rogue network itself, and everyone comprising it whom the Russians may discover or suspect was involved in the event. Mr. Putin just announced, in other words, that the horizontal escalation has just been greenlighted: Russia's military and intelligence "wet works" targets are no longer restricted to rogue network's targets actually in the territory of the Ukraine. Here it is necessary again to recall those words of Sergei Glazyev from 2014 after the Maidan coup: "Our problem isn't with the Nazis in Kiev; it's with the Nazis in Washington."

Of course, time - and the sudden and mysterious deaths of well-known and not-so-well-known ne'er-do-wells within international terrorism, intelligence, and military circles - will tell. This, like Golda Meir's response to the Munich Olympics massacres, will take time and play out over several months and even years. It is now a backdrop or context in which stories such as the recent inexplicable disappearance of the US Secretary of Defense, or the convenient heart attack of a general or admiral, or the sudden and convenient deaths of intelligence agencies heads and assistant heads, will have to be measured and interpreted.

The insane leadership of the West has been successful; they have re-ignited the Cold War.

The problem is, the Cold War that they have re-ignited is no longer cold. It's now warm, and it just became much warmer...
