Knowing that there are multiple cures (ivermectin) to various ailments that have been covered up, wondering if anyone has knowledge on cures to arthritis?
My father has terrible arthritis and I'm eager to find something for him. I am also having early arthritic pain at almost 40yrs old.
Thx in advance!
Respectfully, you might want to verify this affirmation. Good old latex is the one safe material to use for applying DMSO. Nitrile is not, unfortunately.
32 years of using DMSO to solubilize test drugs and annual safety trainings says you're full of shit. DMSO passes straight through latex, but nitrile will stop it.
Mmmm. Digging further into the subject, I find conflicting information relating to the proper handling of DMSO: Some say nitrile is better, some say latex is better. All say that both nitrile and latex will degrade over hours from contact with DMSO but disagree on which one degrades faster... I could not find a single source that stated that latex could not be used or that DMSO goes straight through it. Also given that applying DMSO on oneself, or someone else, does not take hours but mere minutes, the latex does not have time to degrade- I use and re-use latex finger cots dozens of time and they hold up just fine. On a personal note, I could have just "hunkered down" on my opinion but chose to investigate further instead, being curious of nature and always willing to revisit notions and concepts about anything and be willing to change my mind, or recognize misconceptions or false pseudo-knowledge I might have. So, I learned a little more about the chemical resistance of nitrile and latex all thanks to you. Have a blessed day.
If you attend a safety training for any major company or institution where they discuss DMSO, they will all tell you that DMSO passes through latex gloves, and that you should use a type of glove that will prevent that from happening, such as nitrile.
I can also speak from experience working with DMSO that is 99.9% pure and tell you that it DOES pass through latex. There is a distinct taste that many people will get in their mouth if they absorb too much DMSO through their skin, and I have personally experienced that while wearing latex gloves, but never while wearing nitrile.
At the end of the day, I just want people to be careful if they're using DMSO and not handle it carelessly where they end up harming themselves. I appreciate your research, and your friendly response. God bless you, fren.
It could certainly be because I always use DMSO diluted (70% of 99.995% pharma grade DMSO 29.5% distilled water and 0.5% Lugols iodine). I use it on my skin but funny I never got the garlicky breath ;-) .
