She has been known to reuse her clothes. If she has been wearing this sweater often in the past, so makes sense she would be wearing it now as well!

This. She (or the royal laundromat) takes really good care of her clothes because she's got long running wardrobe staples such as that sweater and she's made it part of her brand to be thrifty, affordable, and environmentally conscious.
