I have thought about this for quite a while. The US should stick to our own hemisphere though. Create a protectorate, restructure it, stabilize it and then let it go. Venezuela would be my first target and possibly nearly at the same time Cuba. Covert overthrows just perpetuate the shit hole. Overt operations can create a massive turnaround.

I am really tired of the communist and corrupt government legacy in this hemisphere. Including our country.

Honestly, you should start with Canada. We're only one, or two, stolen elections from going full-on communist and I'm sure you don't want that on your northern border.
