LOL! That's a good one. But as someone who has spent a lifetime in the outdoors I really wish they would stop using the red-tailed hawk screech for a bald eagle. The bald eagle's calls are weak sounding, sort of a chirping sound, more like a sparrow. Nothing fearsome sounding about it. It sounds like something you would hear at your bird feeder in the back yard. But all the videos and advertisements you see use the red-tailed hawk sounds.

We have dozens of bald eagles around us and their screech can be quite loud when they really want to unleash it. I guess maybe it depends on the mood they are in and the acoustics of the environment. Most of the bald eagles I hear are on lakes and this tends to amplifi the sound.
