This may have already been talked about on here but I did like 2 minutes of research into the Dali, the ship that crashed into the bridge in Baltimore. Let's use this thread to discuss the Chinese connection of the Dali.

Looks more like arcing from electric cables. Electricity powers all the lights, including warning lights on top of the bridge.
