Yes, he is setting favorable precedents and most of the lawfare is crumbling as we watch. Quite a public spectacle that appears to be intentional and very "scripted". Clearly we have a two-faced FBI/DOJ with one side whitehats and another side acting as blackhats (possibly by request to expose those not yet aware of what is going on).
