Yes! I also suggested Klub K possibility in one of the post regarding regarding ships to different customs services now. I understand that Klub K container launch system can be used not only for nuclear but for chemical and biochemical loads. I hope, other ports of entry would do a thoroughly customs check. Does anyone remember crazy time in 2017 when anons stopped Maersk shipment for containers search?
