I don't think it is related. Did you listen to Bobulinsky testimony? Besides China' CEFC he mentioned Rosneft. Rosneft is under Putin's buddy since kgb times Sechin. Sachin recently lost his son to cloth. Also the dump of Dominion emails may be a trigger. They prove foreign (Serbian) access to Dominion machines. Serbs have historical relationships with Russians. And the dump was done by lawyer of Patrick Byrn, who used to be a romantic friend of Butina
