My home is buckled, my biggest on going concern is for the person I care for in my home, who has lived here with me and my son for 13 years. He has a fairly brittle seizure disorder, and would die from them if he ran out of meds, we do get 90 day suppplies for two of them, but his controlled med is only dispensed at 30 day intervals, and if he suddenly stopped them at this point, he would also seize. I am sure there are many people in the same boat That is where it would get difficult for us, we have food to last for 3 months rationed, we have water saved but also live near lots of sources for water, and iodine tabs, we have wood heat, we can live without electricity, no biggie except comfort zone stuff. Goats and chickens and good fishing we can walk to, rifles for hunting game. But the reliance on meds for those with serious conditions, especially seizures, cannot be stopped cold turkey, you can seize to death, the brain just gives out. There needs to be safe sources for medication that a citizen can access in order to stockpile, I do not trust the on line pharms that state they can provide without a prescription, not only are they scams, they are also honeypots to bust people. I pray for the least of these among us that God will provide.
