Attempted murder is a good charge. Throw a federal hate crime on top of that for racism and let her do life in federal prison. Of course that will be called racist but who cares, she is a racist and she and anyone like her need to learn it's wrong. Set the example while you have the chance. Then dont stop with her because tjere are plenty of other black on white racially motivated crimes out there. There are more good than bad and the good deserve to be protected from the racist paintbrush that people will be tempted to paint with.
