I guess snack food companies are feeling the crunch as more people wake up to healthier lifestyles.The 3 meals a day regimen was based on the processed food industry, had to make money on all the" "food" the industry was producing. Fasting is biblical and the first go to if you are suffering from a chronic complaint, unless of course you are diabetic or have wonky blood sugar issues.
