I’m sure…. And this got me thinking. I consider my dog pretty smart so his IQ is higher than Biden.

My pup is more self-aware of his surroundings than the average dog you know, and he seems to listen and understand what I am telling him.

So yeah, his IQ was higher than Biden’s
