The Third US Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday ruled that mail-in ballots with no dates cannot be counted by Pennsylvania election officials.

Never stopped PA from breaking the law before! They will just ignore it and deal with it case by case and say "woopsie! Sorry, it was an over site by a tired ballot counter, we fixed it!".
